The member is required to pay the following charges for underground extensions:
- Secondary: 75% of total construction costs, if the underground service is being provided to any installation other than a permanent residence as defined in Section 305.2 of this Tariff.
- Primary Voltage: 75% of all cost of construction based on the Cooperative’s adjusted standard unit cost for the most recent calendar year.
