Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative (GCEC) reserves the right to access a member’s property as needed for maintenance, repair, equipment monitoring, and restoration of electric service in the event of a power outage. Members grant the rights of ingress and egress for access onto their property when applying for GCEC membership. In accordance with GCEC Bylaws, applicants for electric service and membership accept these terms to receive electric service.
