Each Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative (GCEC) member must execute and deliver a legal easement to GCEC to construct and maintain electric lines on their property. Easements allow GCEC personnel access to your property to provide reliable electric service, including meter access, line inspection, vegetation management, and applicable maintenance needs. New services will not be constructed without a complete and accurate easement that can be recorded with the county where the service is located.
